SANDRA FOXCROFT

Independent Adjuster

Sandra is an Independent Adjuster with INS Claims Inc. who has extensive administration background and claims experience.

Sandra worked in the Claims Division of a major insurer for approximately 30 years. For 10 years Sandra worked for the Special Investigation Unit (SIU) as a research assistant. This unit was responsible for identifying and investigating fraudulent claims brought against the insurer. While in SIU Sandra’s responsibilities focused on assisting SIU officers on their many investigations. A great deal of her time was spent conducting social media research on claimants and their related associates and businesses.

Sandra was then promoted to a supervisor position where she trained and assisted claims staff on any number of issues that were identified. She then moved to an adjusting position where she rounded out her career before becoming an Independent Adjuster.

Sandra believes in respect for her customers and coworkers and she constantly searches for ways to exceed their expectations. She is friendly and approachable by nature and gets satisfaction through assisting others. By doing so she has built lifelong relationships with her understanding and delivering of excellent customer service at every opportunity.

Sandra enjoys spending time with her friends and family and has done extensive travelling and will continue to do so.
