With over 20 years of claims experience with a large insurer, she has successfully investigated, negotiated and settled a wide range of claims including complex litigated bodily injury and high-risk losses.

Michelle is confident in all aspects of claims including taking witness statements, resolving liability and conducting collateral investigations for approaching injury trials. She is a dedicated and proactive adjuster whose approach is to always deliver excellent customer service. By promptly connecting with her customers, she can quickly assess their needs and take the appropriate action to resolve issues and address concerns while putting her customers at ease with her friendly approach.

Michelle resides on the Sunshine Coast where she enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding and walking the numerous local trails with her two dogs. She shares a passion for travel with her husband and daughter having toured Europe, the Mediterranean and Baltic regions, Mexico, and Central America.
