Dee is an extremely experienced Independent Adjuster who joined INS Claims after leaving a large BC Insurer. Dee has worked for over 3 decades in the insurance industry and has exposure to all facets of claims adjusting and management. She worked her way through the ranks of a large insurer, and while doing so she increased her claims skills, knowledge and abilities every step of the way.

Dee has always enjoyed working with people and excels in building relationships quickly. She is known for always going the extra mile to resolve issues and settle claims fairly. She has a great sense of humor and has the ability to quickly put customers at ease with her easy-going approach.

Over the years Dee has made many long-term friends and contacts with those she’s met in the industry. She has mentored numerous adjusters during her tenure in the business, and she’s widely known for her excellent customer service skills and her ability to gather information and resolve claims related issues.

Dee resides in the Southern Interior and enjoys spending time with family and friends working on her acreage, riding her Harley, travelling, camping, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and anything else this wonderful province has to offer.
