ZACH KOCH

Independent Insurance CLAIM Adjuster

Zach is an Independent Adjuster at INS Claims Services Inc., and is currently in the midst of completing his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. As a graduate of the GIE program, Zach has found a career in claims adjusting and is looking forward to increasing his knowledge base. Zach began his working career in construction.

When the chance was presented to him to work in the retail health industry, he jumped at it. He started working in a retail health store and worked his way up to managing a chain of three stores in Vancouver. As a result, Zach has a firm understanding of the need to provide a high standard of customer service and is dedicated to ensuring his clients' needs are met on every claim he is assigned.

Zach truly enjoys interacting with people and resolving complex issues. When not working on advancing his career, Zach enjoys spending his time in the outdoors; hiking, fishing and hunting. Zach has travelled extensively and is currently planning his wedding for July 2020 with his lovely fiancé.
