Deanna enjoys working with people and has a reputation of going the extra mile utilizing an organized and informed approach to resolve issues and settle claims. With over 26 years of claims adjusting and management experience, she is a well-rounded and experienced adjuster who takes her position seriously.

Deanna is by nature friendly and approachable and makes every attempt to deliver customer service excellence on every claim she is assigned. Deanna believes in the importance of teamwork and frequently works with others on our team to ensure she delivers an informed, accurate and consistent product. She contributes greatly the positive INS Claims atmosphere and work environment.

Deanna believes in the importance of staying fit and is a certified personal trainer. She is also a CrossFit coach and can frequently be found working out or coaching in one of their local gyms.
