Bob entered the insurance industry in 1993 where he spent the first 23 years of his career with ICBC in their Claims Division. He worked in various claims roles and eventually became a Unit Manager. During his tenure at ICBC Bob obtained his AIIC (CIP) designation.

In 2019 Bob moved into private insurance by joining a large independent adjusting firm where he handled property damage, liability, burglary and other losses. Bob specializes in litigated injury claims and has an extensive background in mediations, collateral investigations and Supreme Court and Provincial Court actions.

Bob is a customer service driven individual and always ensures his customers are a top priority.

Bob likes to keep active in his spare time by playing golf and tennis and enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
